Account Deletion Request

To request deletion of your Video Eraser account and associated personal data, send an email to [email protected].

We use this email workflow to verify account ownership before removing personal information, uploaded media references, account settings, and support history connected to your account.

What to include

• Send the request from the same email address associated with your Video Eraser account.
• Include your full name and the email used for your account.
• Add any details that may help us verify your identity, such as platform used or approximate account creation date.
• State clearly that you want your account and associated data deleted.

Processing timeline

Our team reviews deletion requests manually and begins processing after ownership is verified. Most requests are processed within 72 hours. If we need more information, we will reply to the request email.

Important notes

• Deletion is irreversible after processing is complete.
• Uploaded videos, generated outputs, preferences, and account records may no longer be recoverable.
• Back up any important files before submitting the request.
• Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
